The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and meet sales targets. As a Business Development Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the Middle East. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Prospecting
    • Identify potential clientsand key decisionmakers within target industries.
    • Research and analyze market trends, competitive landscape and customer needs.
    • Create a pipeline of prospectsthrough networking, referrals and market intelligence.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
    • Initiate contactwith potential clients through direct outreach, cold calls and emails.
    • Build and maintain strong relationshipswith existing clients.
    • Understand client pain pointsand propose tailored solutions.
  • Business Development Strategy
    • Develop and execute business development plansaligned with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing and technical) to drive growth.
    • Identify new revenue streamsand explore expansion opportunities.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation
    • Meet or exceed sales targetsby closing deals and securing contracts.
    • Negotiate terms and pricingwith clients.
    • Upsell and cross‑selladditional services to existing clients.
  • Self‑Driven and Results‑Oriented
    • As a self‑starter you should proactively seek out opportunities and take ownership of your targets.
