As a Senior Associate CRM & Data you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our CRM operations by ensuring accurate data management, supporting investment lead tracking and delivering insightful reporting and dashboards. You'll coordinate with internal teams, maintain data integrity, support system optimizations and assist in training CRM users to maximize system efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to capture investment leads ensuring data accuracy and proactive followups.
• Conduct daily data entry and integrity checks to maintain a reliable CRM database.
• Schedule and execute followups with investment advisors tracking pipeline movement and flagging updates.
• Handle CRM data following confidentiality protocols and support data governance practices.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline CRM processes and enhance user experience.
• Assist in onboarding new CRM users providing training and technical support.
• Prepare CRM reports and visual dashboards for internal reviews and operational planning.
• Monitor and accurately record investor and corporate engagement activities for comprehensive tracking.
• Maintain data consistency by verifying industry classifications origin data and resolving discrepancies.
• Liaise across departments to gather user feedback supporting system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Economics Business Administration Mathematics Finance Information Systems Data Management or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in data management CRM systems reporting or data visualization.
• Experience with Power BI Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with data privacy standards and confidentiality protocols.
• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
