The primary purpose of your role is to help patients return to optimal physical function and achieve their therapy goals in accordance with physician and patient needs.

1. Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies, maintaining standards set by the community and organizational policies.
2. Possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
3. Hold a valid license from the state of employment.
4. Screen and evaluate residents to determine their need for Occupational Therapy.
5. Develop individualized treatment programs in collaboration with facility staff.
6. Provide evaluation results and treatment objectives to caregivers, family members, and residents.
7. Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
8. Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting as necessary based on patient response.
9. Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and Rehab Aides.

Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required. We are currently seeking part-time day shifts.
