An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated, versatile, and flexible individual to join our service as a Team Administrator Assistant for the East Inverness Social Work Teams. You will require good organisational skills, adaptability, motivation, and strong communication and people skills. Working across two busy Social Work Teams alongside a part-time Administrative Assistant, you will undertake a wide range of varied and interesting tasks. It would be advantageous to have previous administrative skills and experience working with different IT systems and processes, and to work effectively as part of a team. The right candidate should demonstrate strong core values and principles, applying these to practice, and be able to work as an integral part of the Social Work Teams and occasionally as part of a wider supportive integrated team. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work autonomously within the role's expectations, under the guidance of the Team Manager and Senior Social Workers. This role involves hybrid working, both in an open office environment and from home.
