- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for referrals.
- Design and sell customized travel itineraries.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations.
- Maximize sales through upselling and promoting partners.
- Maintain accurate records using operational systems.
- Manage customer complaints efficiently.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends.

- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, including visas and travel insurance

- Maintain accurate records and client details, using the company's operational systems
- Manage customer complaints and queries in an efficient and professional manner
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends

- Proficient in the use of reservation systems, such as Amadeus is advantageous
