We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape and grow our product offering by managing supplier relationships, launching new products, and supporting our internal teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Operationalise the launch of new products and destinations across our systems and teams, applying structured frameworks where relevant.
  • Build and maintain productive supplier relationships across all services and language markets, representing Rhino Africa at industry events to strengthen brand visibility and remain up to date on product trends.
  • Provide product and destination updates to Sales and Support teams in a timely manner, ensuring relevance and clarity.
  • Share key insights on Top 100 supplier performance, trends and opportunities to support strategic planning and inform internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years experience in product or supplier management within the fast-paced Tourism Industry, with exposure to and strong relationships with Southern and East African destination specialists.
  • Someone who believes that bucket lists are our business and challenges are opportunities for innovation.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • You should have a knack for leading a team to achieve incredible results
  • A good understanding of systems and data, coupled with an innovative mindset to harness AI & automation to improve efficiency.
  • A genuine passion for African travel and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  • An individual who embraces collaboration and extreme ownership, and is fit for feedback, contributing to our client-centric culture.
