Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Travel Consultant role at a B2C travel business.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Training Manager / Facilitator role.
• Expert-level knowledge of Southern Africa and East Africa destinations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training interventions.
• Conduct regular training needs and skills gap analyses.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials.
