Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings by understanding guest needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel reservation systems.
  • Upsell rooms, packages, and amenities to maximize revenue while enhancing guest experience.
  • Collaborate with front‑office revenue and sales teams to ensure seamless booking processes.
  • Handle group bookings, corporate accounts, and special requests with attention to detail.
  • Provide expert knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, and hotel services.
  • Ensure all guest interactions reflect the brand’s luxury standards and personalized service ethos.
  • Monitor availability and adjust bookings in line with revenue management strategies.
  • Resolve booking issues and guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
