A logistics company is seeking a Dispatch Clerk to coordinate the movement of goods from the warehouse to clients. The role involves ensuring timely order fulfillment, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining records. Candidates should have a Matric qualification and a Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Responsibilities
- Organize the dispatch of goods with completed documents.
- Maintain records of goods received and dispatched.
- Verify shipping documents and cargo.
- Schedule deliveries for outgoing shipments.
- Ensure outgoing shipments meet specifications.

Education
The dispatch clerk is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and products from our warehouse to our clients or any other location specified by the company.
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that orders are filled and shipped on time, and that the correct items are included in each shipment.
This includes but is not limited to preparing shipping documents, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating with other departments or third‑party logistics providers.
This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as good communication and customer service skills.
- Organizes the dispatch of goods with completed documents.
- Maintains prescribed records of goods received and dispatched.
- Check shipping documents and verifies cargo to be released.
- Receives details of outgoing cargo and arranges bookings of stock to deliver it to clients.
- Ensures outgoing shipments are in good condition and meet specifications.
- Perform other duties e.g. filing, scanning, copying, collating, record keeping.
- Receive and verify invoices, proof of deliveries, warehouse transfer for goods and services.
