The dispatch clerk is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and products from our warehouse to our clients or any other location specified by the company.
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that orders are filled and shipped on time, and that the correct items are included in each shipment.
This includes but is not limited to preparing shipping documents, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating with other departments or third‑party logistics providers.
This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as good communication and customer service skills.
