In this role you will lead end-to-end supply‑chain operations at our Isando site, driving efficiency and service excellence for our customers.

• Lead and optimize all supply‑chain operations at the Isando site, including planning, production, and order management.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods to customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and regional teams to align local operations with business goals.
• Manage inventory levels and drive manufacturing efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service and operational excellence.
• Guide, develop, and support the local supply‑chain team to achieve strategic objectives.

• Work on impactful projects that drive operational excellence and innovation in the nutrition and health industry.
• Collaborate with diverse, cross‑functional teams across different business units.

• Proven minimum of 3 years experience in supply‑chain management, ideally within an international and matrix organization.
• Master's degree and fluency in English.

• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to lead and develop a team.
• Proficiency in collaborating with cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong knowledge of supply‑chain operations, production planning, and inventory management.
