- Supervise plant operations focusing on safety and standards.
- Ensure optimal production and manage daily logs.
- Communicate maintenance needs to the Plant Manager.

- Supervise plant operations with a strong focus on safety (SHE) and adherence to company standards.
- Ensure optimal production according to specifications, maintaining stable and safe operation.
- Complete and review production logs, shift handovers, and daily instructions.
- Monitor raw material intake and supervise operator training, rotation, and productivity.
- Ensure plant cleanliness, housekeeping, and minimize spills.
- Schedule operator tasks, manage timekeeping and overtime.
- Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements.
- Conduct safety rounds and maintain clean, dry warehouse conditions.
- Communicate maintenance needs and prepare daily performance reports for the Plant Manager.
- Involve operators in plant operations and promote high working standards.
- Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational commitment and responsiveness.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation, attention to detail, and discipline.
- Physical strength and stamina required.
