Job summary

A technology company is seeking a Mobile Unit Team Leader based in Durban. In this permanent role, you will recruit street Sim Agents and manage daily activities to ensure efficient SIM activations. Candidates must have a Matric qualification, a valid driver's license (PDP), and excellent communication skills. Flexibility to travel and work extended hours as needed is required. This position involves driving project plans, overseeing agent activities, and managing stock distribution.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive project plans in line with the SIM Strategy.
• Manage daily activity of Mobile Sim Agents.
• Grow the number of activated Mobile Agents.
• Ensure agents achieve their daily and monthly targets.
• Manage stock distribution for efficiency.
• Capture all mobile agents on Geo Rep.
• Maintain vehicle and ensure PDP license is valid.
• Manage and execute network campaigns.
• Handle ADHOC projects.
