Job summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving departmental targets and ensuring compliance with biosecurity rules. They must possess a matric certificate and have a minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in the poultry environment. Additionally, the role requires the ability to perform hygiene sampling and work irregular hours, including overtime and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or similar position within the poultry environment.
• Valid driver's license - code 10.
• Ability to work irregular times, including overtime and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the Cleanout department.
• Ensure compliance with biosecurity rules and procedures.
• Set up cleaning schedules.
• Plan and remove litter on the farms according to company procedures.
• Implement and understand the 20 Keys programme.
