A recruiting services company in South Africa is seeking an Application Developer to design, develop, and support solutions for the SME and Corporate markets. The successful candidate will need 1-3 years of experience, a reliable transport, and possess key skills in various development frameworks. Responsibilities include writing systems, investigating issues, and improving performance. This is an in-office position.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience with portfolio excluding internships.
- Own reliable transport essential.
- Quality references are a must.
- No criminal record.
Responsabilités
- Write medium to complex systems and applications using best practices.
- Investigate issues and requests from clients.
- Assist with data manipulation and database design.
- Collaborate to build new features.
- Fix bugs and improve application performance.
- Ensure quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate to design and launch new features.
- Convert designs to visual elements.
- Implement security and data protection.
- Provide time estimates for tickets based on analysis.
Connaissances
We require an application developer servicing the SME and Corporate market segment.
You will have to design, develop and support solutions based on the below frameworks & technologies.

- Writing medium to complex systems and applications using best software development practices.
- Investigating issues and requests received from Clients.
- Assisting with data manipulation, database changes and database design.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build new features.
- Fixing bugs and improving application performance.
- Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.
- Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements.
- Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
- Analysing documentation and providing time estimates for tickets.
