Position: Ship Ready Butler

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ship Ready Butler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and a strong attention to detail. As a Ship Ready Butler, you will be responsible for providing personalized and attentive service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and personal belongings
• Provide personalized service to guests, including but not limited to: unpacking and packing luggage, arranging dining reservations and activities, and attending to any special requests
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest cabins and public areas
• Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, including providing recommendations and suggestions for onboard activities and excursions
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Work closely with other onboard staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Follow all safety and security protocols onboard the ship
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or cruise ship setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
