Key Objectives
  • Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality while adhering to company policies.
  • Support various departments by providing timely and precise data entry services.
  • Assist in identifying and correcting data discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
Responsibilities
  • Enter data from various source documents into the computer system with speed and accuracy.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correcting any errors.
  • Maintain and update electronic and paper records as required.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data consistency.
  • Perform routine backups to secure data and prevent loss.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
  • Follow data integrity and security protocols at all times.
Requirements
