Job summary

A reputable company is urgently seeking a Junior Procurement Clerk to support the Procurement Manager. The ideal candidate should possess a Matric certificate, with preferred qualifications in Procurement or related fields. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in retail procurement or stock control, be proficient in both English and Afrikaans, and demonstrate strong analytical abilities. This position is located in Kraaifontein and encourages local candidates to apply.

Qualifications

  • Matric certificate or equivalent is a minimum requirement.
  • Relevant qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Retail Management is advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement or stock control within retail.

Responsibilities

  • Placing daily orders for retail stock requirements.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate communication of stock information.
  • Preparing and distributing procurement reports.
