Job summary

A national retail chain is looking for an End Controller to ensure all stock and fixed assets leave the store with appropriate documentation and manage customer returns efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of Grade 12 and relevant experience, with strong numeric skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. This role requires working shifts and weekends in Potchefstroom, North West. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 and 1 year work-related experience or 2 years experience.
• Proficiency in English and local language.
• Must be literate and possess strong numeric skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all goods leaving the store have relevant documentation.
• Record customer returns accurately.
• Report suspicious behavior to management.
• Offer friendly and efficient service to customers.
