An innovative energy tech firm is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their remote team in South Africa. This role focuses on driving growth by identifying and converting high-potential prospects within the B2B SaaS and energy sectors. With over 2 years of experience in sales, the ideal candidate is proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and has strong communication skills. Competitive salary of R21,000 - R25,000 per month is offered.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an SDR or BDR role.
- Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or energy sectors.
- Proficient in cold outreach tools.
Responsabilités
- Identify and convert high-potential prospects into qualified meetings.
- Build and manage prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Conduct structured outbound calls and email follow-ups.
