Job summary

A growing international wellness and hospitality group is seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to manage sales and purchase ledger functions. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or bookkeeping, is proficient in Xero, and demonstrates excellent communication skills. This full-time role offers remote work from anywhere in South Africa, with a salary range of R35,000 to R45,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or similar finance role.
• Proficient in Xero or similar accounting software.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and purchase ledger functions.
• Ensure invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and reporting are accurate.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and implement debt collection procedures.
