What You'll Do:

You will be responsible for delivering results through others, leading a team, and ensuring the business model stays relevant and productive. The primary goal of the Senior Operations Manager is to oversee operations, manage risk, and deliver growth within financial and operational guidelines.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Strategic leadership and development of Market Conduct, QA, and Forensics.
• Driving operational excellence and process optimization within the departments.
• Ensuring robust risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
• Delivering data-driven insights through performance measurement and analysis.
• Cultivating impactful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications:

• A 3-year degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive leadership experience within an Operations and/or Risk environment.
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and manage complex processes.
• Strong cognitive ability, achievement/influence motivations, and a proactive, collaborative personality.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to handle complexity and ambiguity.
