MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelors degree Agriculture, B-Degree in Entomology, Agronomy or Horticulture.
• A Masters degree or relevant certifications in production management or lean manufacturing would be advantageous.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or senior operations role within a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the agriculture.
• Proven experience in managing production processes, staff, and resources in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, quality control processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and act decisively in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth understanding of production processes machinery, and operational best practices.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in production management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze production data and generate actionable insights to drive improvements.
