Job summary
A dynamic marketing agency is seeking an SDR Manager to oversee client relationships and manage outbound campaigns. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary contact for clients, leading SDRs to achieve their targets while ensuring CRM accuracy and providing performance insights. Proficiency in tools like HubSpot and Zapier is essential. The role involves building systems for operational efficiency and delivering strategic recommendations. This position is based in Cape Town, South Africa.
Qualifications
- Experience managing clients or accounts in a sales or GTM environment.
- Strong understanding of outbound motions and SDR performance metrics.
