Our consultants deliver infrastructure services to clients both online and onsite, utilizing their deep technical expertise, valuable tools, and proven methodologies to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Provide expert‑level support and consulting services for IBM Power servers and software.
- Perform infrastructure services for clients online or onsite, as required.
- Utilize deep technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to IBM Power systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Implement best practices and proven methodologies to optimize IBM Power environments.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in IBM Power technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with IBM Power servers and software, including AIX, IBM i, Linux, PowerVM, PowerVC, and PowerHA.
- Proven track record of delivering infrastructure services and consulting to clients.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both online and onsite environments.
- Certification in IBM Power systems (e.g., IBM Certified System Administrator – AIX) is desirable but not required.
