  • Manage migration of merchants from the free Basic plan to the paid Engagement Plan and grant access to loyalty and insight tools.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the product stack to drive revenue, repeat usage, and customer value.
  • Tailor strategies for merchant verticals, performance, and seasonality (campaigns, bundles, incentives, paid plan migration).
  • Re-activate dormant or under-performing merchants.
  • Build deep relationships with store owners, managers, and operational staff; conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for top merchants with data-driven insights.
  • Serve as single point of commercial escalation and accountability for your portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Regional Growth Activators for aligned merchant campaigns, and with Operations / Product teams to resolve onboarding issues or feature requests.
  • Maintain merchant notes, next steps in QuickSights and Zoho; report weekly growth activity and product uptake.
  • Forecast monthly growth targets by account and flag churn risks for intervention.

  • Preference for candidates residing in Umhlanga, Ballito, La Lucia.
