Job summary
A leading educational institution based in Rustenburg is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations. You will lead the finance department, ensure compliance, and provide strategic guidance. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in finance management within the mining industry. This role offers a full-time position with competitive compensation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance management, ideally in the mining industry.
- Strong knowledge of mining cost structures and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate finance and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance department for accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements in line with IFRS.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
