A B Comm Accounting degree and 3+ years’ experience in private equity accounting is required, along with strong analytical and reporting skills. This role demands attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience as an accountant within a private equity/investment firm.
  • Specific experience relating to private equity accounting activities.
  • Experience in financial analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper accounting for investment structures and trial balances.
  • Review administrator's accounting.
  • Prepare accurate investor activity reporting.
  • Execute complex transactions surrounding Private Equity Fund activities.
  • Ensure accounting records of client funds are accurate.
