Job summary
A leading legal services provider is seeking a Property Lawyer to deliver high-quality legal advice related to property matters. Responsibilities include managing conveyancing transactions and drafting relevant documents. Candidates must hold qualifications as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX Practitioner. This fixed-term contract role is based in the UK with hybrid working options.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality legal advice on property-related matters.

£45,174 to £62,107 per annum (National salary) / £48,932 to £67,358 per annum (London salary)
36 hours per week. Fixed term contract for 12 months.

The role involves undertaking freehold and leasehold (residential) conveyancing transactions, including drafting property‑related transactional documents.
To apply you must be a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX Conveyancing Practitioner and/or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
