Job summary

A leading customer service provider in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their team. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and sales, with strong communication skills. The ideal applicant will demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach in a high-volume call environment. Knowledge of the UK Energy market is advantageous, and a clear credit and criminal record are required.

Qualifications

  • Clear Credit and Criminal record.
  • Computer literate.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Gas & Electricity campaign.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and sales.
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of the UK Energy market is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responses to all, maintaining high quality of services, performance standards and attending to high volumes of calls/chats/emails.
  • Proactively identify issues and problems before they arise and use effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Take escalated calls and complaints in line with procedures.
  • Work with various parts of the business to resolve issues.
