Salary

£45,174 to £62,107 per annum (National salary) / £48,932 to £67,358 per annum (London salary)

Hours & Contract

36 hours per week. Fixed term contract for 12 months.

About the role

The role involves undertaking freehold and leasehold (residential) conveyancing transactions, including drafting property‑related transactional documents.

Qualifications

To apply you must be a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX Conveyancing Practitioner and/or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
