A leading automotive consultancy in Johannesburg is looking for a Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in automotive sales. The role will involve overseeing vehicle inventory and training the sales team.
Formación
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the automotive industry in sales.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships.
- Oversee vehicle inventory, ensuring a diverse selection of vehicles.
Description of the role : Prospecting of new client that are interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Purchasing of second hand vehicles. After service of clients and client relationships.
- Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Train and motivate the sales team to enhance performance.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and addressing customer concerns effectively.
- Inventory Control: Oversee vehicle inventory, ensuring that the dealership has a diverse and appealing selection of vehicles. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in the automotive industry in sales.
