Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and adaptable Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to join our growing team and support the Marketing Manager. This role is perfect for someone who blends strong design skills with a solid grasp of marketing fundamentals. At Quro Medical, you’ll be part of an early‑stage company where flexibility, initiative, and the ability to collaborate across functions are key to success.
You will be responsible for producing visually compelling content across print and digital platforms from brochures and infographics to digital ads, presentations, and social media assets, while also contributing to broader marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, lead generation, and patient engagement.
This position requires a balance of creative excellence, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking, aligned with Q Medical’s compassionate and innovative brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Brand Execution (50%)
- Conceptualise, design, and produce visual assets for both digital and print applications, including:
- Brochures, patient information leaflets, forms, and posters
- Corporate presentations, pitch decks, and internal communication materials
- Digital campaigns, web banners, and social media graphics
- Infographics, data visualisations, and reports
- Ensure all creative output is on‑brand, consistent in tone and style, and aligned with Quro’s brand guidelines and core colours.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (clinical, operations, and business development) to translate complex healthcare information into clear, patient‑friendly visuals.
- Manage and maintain an organised digital asset library and version control for design files.
- Support in coordinating with external print and production vendors to ensure quality output.
Marketing & Content Support (25%)
- Support the development and execution of integrated campaigns.
- Assist in content creation, including layout design for blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and website content.
- Contribute to social media strategy through visual storytelling and content scheduling.
- Assist with event branding, signage, and presentation materials for conferences, webinars, and community engagements.
- Support internal marketing projects such as company announcements, training materials, and other internal campaigns.
Operational & Executional Support (25%)
- Routine campaign support: scheduling, tracking, and reporting on marketing activities.
- Vendor coordination: liaise with printers and external suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of materials.
- Internal requests: adapt designs, update decks, and format documents as needed.li>
- Website updates: make basic content changes and maintain accuracy across platforms and contribute towards SEO and design improvements.
- Brand asset management: maintain templates and shared folders for easy access and consistency.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ professional experience in a graphic design or marketing communications role.
- Proven experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, layout design, and colour theory.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite), and email marketing platforms.
Preferred
- Experience working in healthcare, wellness, or technology sectors.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles for web and mobile.
- Experience with WordPress or web content updates.
