We are looking for an HR Analyst to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg, South Africa.

You will support in gathering necessary data for decision-making and lead a transformative, data-driven revolution that propels the organisation into a realm of unparalleled employee satisfaction and professional growth. Provide expertise in data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving Human Resources (HR) processes and initiatives.

Responsibilities

HR Systems, Automation & Reporting

  • Serve as subject matter expert for HR systems automation, integrating PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI and MS Forms to streamline HR processes.
  • Lead the design, testing, and maintenance of automated workflows and digital tools that enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Maintain HR systems (Oracle, HR Portal) and act as the primary contact for system queries or issues.
  • Provide regular HR reports and insights, including headcount report (monthly), annual leave balance report to SMT, monthly payroll annual leave report for finance, monthly sick leave report and data and analysis for board reports.
  • Review HR policies and processes, recommending and implementing improvements for consistency, compliance, and automation opportunities.

Payroll, Leave & Compliance

  • Conduct monthly payroll reviews to ensure data integrity.
  • Manage annual leave administration, including quarterly reminders and balance tracking.
  • Oversee right to work checks and liaise with the immigration manager for monthly compliance reviews.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure quarterly housekeeping audits are completed.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Create visual materials and internal communications using Canva

General HR Operations

  • Manage and maintain the HR Portal and internal guidance
  • Ensure all HR administrative processes run smoothly
  • Provide support to HRBPs and Offshore team as needed
  • Collect, analyse, and manage HR and business data to improve processes and support decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance through quality controls and regular audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to optimise data systems and analytics processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data management and analytics capabilities across the organisation.

Scope & Impact

  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives and execute plans to deliver results within
  • own job area with some level of supervision.
  • Responsible for checking data and information when minor changes may be required based on review.

Stakeholder Interaction

  • Key stakeholders include clients and internal delivery/support function teams.
  • Communicate with stakeholders on matters that involve obtaining or providing information/explanation on matters related to the job tasks.
