In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to users, generating and preparing system reports as needed, and resolving software-related issues.
You will work closely with support specialists and developers to diagnose and troubleshoot problems, document solutions, and maintain accurate records.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and on-site support as needed.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues, including configuration and functionality problems.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or developers.
- Participate in onboarding new users, including training as required.
- Investigate and analyze system issues to determine causes and appropriate corrective actions.
- Review and recommend improvements to systems and support processes.
- Document technical information and processes for existing and new functionalities.
- Assist with testing and debugging of new software releases.
- Generate reports and customize them as per user requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest software versions and technologies.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with users and team members.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of computer software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and driving experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Cloud-Based systems and performance/risk management tools is a plus.
Package & Remuneration
R10,000 per month CTC on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of permanency based on performance.
