Job summary
A cause-marketing agency in Johannesburg is seeking an Account Manager to manage relationships with socially responsible brands and NGOs. You will coordinate promotions and events, create project plans, and ensure all deliverables are met. Qualified candidates should have 3+ years in marketing or promotions, a relevant qualification, and a passion for social responsibility.

They’re looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team and manage a portfolio of socially responsible brands, NGOs and sustainable organisations.
- Managing client relationships with confidence and care
- Coordinating and managing promotions and events end‑to‑end
- Creating and managing detailed project plans from inception to execution
- Preparing budgets and sourcing quotes
- Liaising with service providers
- Trafficking artwork between designers, copywriters and clients
- Collating and sharing feedback
- Preparing polished presentations
- Sending agendas and minutes to keep everyone aligned
- Minimum 3 years below‑the‑line marketing or promotions/activations experience
- Qualification in marketing, PR, events or project management
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail (your CV should be typo‑free!)
- Ability to solve problems under pressure
- Confident client‑facing skills
- Driver’s licence and own car
- Willingness to travel for work when required
- Team player with a can‑do attitude
