    • Support due diligence on entities applying for discretionary grant allocations on behalf of the head office.

    Facilitate partnerships with providers of learning programmes in the province.

    Additional Responsibilities
    • Represent SSETA in provincial meetings and forums as delegated or required.
    • Support daily provincial office facilities management, including cleaning, sanitation, gardening, safety, security, water, electricity, and vehicle management.
    • Report on provincial office ICT equipment and infrastructure maintenance needs.
    • Manage provincial office assets, travel, stationery, catering, requisitions, and petty cash in compliance with finance requirements.
    • Conduct project inductions, verify and submit reports for approval within SOP turnaround times, and inform finance of early learner terminations.
    • Monitor projects, verify and submit reports within SOP timelines, and issue remediation notices as needed.
    • Support project invoicing to ensure submissions adhere to tranche payment models.
    Achievement of Work Plans
    • Execute work plans and collect evidence aligned with operational plans and performance contracts in real-time.
    • Register, track, monitor, and report on new allocations and projects using SharePoint and other tools.
    • Produce reports on work plan implementation.
    • Respond to audit findings with complete evidence on time.
    • Comply with policies and procedures; identify, record, and manage issues and risks in real-time.
    Requirements
    • National Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF 4).
    • National Diploma or equivalent in Community Development, Public and Development Management, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields (NQF 6).
    • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in grant administration, project management, and stakeholder management, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
