Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients to promote and sell product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively advise clients.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in selling office automation, telecommunication services, CCTV products, access control systems, office supplies, software solutions, alternative energy products, or similar industries.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas effectively and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
  • Target-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • B2B Sales: Experience in business-to-business sales is advantageous.
  • Mobility: Possess a valid drivers license and own reliable transportation.
