Job summary

A growing IT services company in Durban is seeking Cross Technology Managed Services Engineers (L1 & L2) to join their team. Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ IT support experience for L1.
  • 2–4 years’ IT support / field experience for L2.
  • Driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Log and manage incidents / requests in work queues.
  • Resolve or elevate issues within SLA.
  • Provide first‑line support and escalate when needed.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Follow shift handovers, change control, and escalation processes.
  • Assist with routine maintenance and contribute to documentation.
  • Perform additional support tasks as required.
