1. Ensure minimum packout consumable quantities are maintained in all areas (e.g., machine tapes, hand tapes, plastic wrap, stickers) to prevent congestion.
2. Remove old material immediately after use.
3. Verify product quality before handing over to the warehouse.
4. Change plastic when necessary and check batch numbers, month, and sticker affixation on all boxes, drums, and pallets.
5. Ensure all packing complies before dispatching products to the warehouse.
6. Log production packed and moved on the packout logsheet in numerical order, including off-spec products.
7. Take hourly packout GP samples to the lab for analysis.
8. Move full pallets to designated areas based on shift allocation.
9. Stack pallets according to height and housekeeping standards; ensure pallets are always available for the robot and empty pallet bays.
10. Complete forklift inspection logs and report deviations.
11. Physically lift weights as required (changing, weighing, decanting, packaging).
12. Assist robot operators with manual lifting when necessary.
13. Perform duties at drums pack out section as assigned.
14. Transport off-spec products to rework storage, ensuring proper marking and storage.
15. Conduct packout walking tours, report deviations, and address issues at shift start.
16. Regularly check weights on manual scales, complete logs, and report deviations.
17. Check bottle-feeder and unscrambler operation; reject deviations and report issues.
18. Reject weight and packaging quality defects.
19. Ensure video jets are functioning and batch numbers are printed correctly; report deviations.
20. Manually cap bottles and containers.
21. Clean spilled product and report its origin immediately.
22. Perform process-related tasks to minimize delays.
23. Participate in tasks at various filling stations as assigned.
24. Troubleshoot filling stations and report issues.
25. Adhere to production plans.
26. Operate machinery such as shrink wrapping machines and filling machines.
27. Re-gas forklifts as needed.
28. Ensure compliance with EHS and Quality standards, participate in safety and housekeeping practices, and use protective equipment.
29. Report all safety incidents immediately and participate in safety meetings.
