The role must drive continuous improvement in these areas through monitoring and auditing compliance to the agreed standards.
Have implemented a GFSI Food Safety System and/or have at least 5 years' experience as a Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager.
Outstanding internal auditing skills on FSSC22000 (or any other GFSI System).
Internal auditing experience on ISO14001 will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Conduct internal audits on systems: FSSC22000 and IP handling.
Report writing and effective implementation of corrective actions.
Feedback to management.
Ensure successful external audits by customers and certification bodies to achieve certification and supplier approval.
Ensure world-class hygiene practices as per ISO22002.
Manage the laboratory, including equipment efficiency, quality monitoring, record keeping, and statistics.
Responsible for quality and daily product reviews and reporting.
Perform sample analysis at external and internal labs and assess Certificates of Analysis (COAs) with trend analysis.
Liaise with customers on complaints, conduct root cause analysis, identify corrective and preventive actions, follow up on effectiveness, and create graphs for reporting.
