Job Summary

CBRE Excellerate is a leading global commercial real estate services company. An analyst position within the Advisory and Transactions arm of CBRE Excellerate would involve assisting senior team members in client engagements, conducting market research, and performing financial analyses on real estate transactions. Below is the sample job specification for an Estate Manager for CBRE Excellerate’s Advisory and Transactions team:


The Estate Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and operational efficiency of a portfolio of sites on behalf of our client. This role ensures that all facilities meet regulatory, security, and operational standards while optimizing performance and cost efficiency. The Estate Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders to maintain seamless operations across multiple locations.


Key Responsibilities

Property and Facilities Management
  1. Oversee the maintenance and operational integrity of sites.
  2. Ensure that all properties comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and lease agreements.
  3. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly.
  4. Coordinate with management to ensure compliance with facility guidelines and resolve site-specific issues.
Stakeholder and Tenant Relations
  1. Serve as the main point of contact for bank representatives, landlords, and other management teams.
  2. Address operational concerns raised by banking partners and resolve any service-related issues.
  3. Maintain effective communication with mall administration regarding leasing terms, facility usage, and compliance.
Query Management & Stakeholder Communication
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for all lease-related inquiries from internal teams, landlords, property managers, and tenants.
  2. Investigate and resolve lease-related disputes or discrepancies, collaborating with legal, finance, and real estate teams as needed.
  3. Provide timely responses and solutions to lease-related queries while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications And Skills
  1. Proven experience in property management, preferably within banking, retail, or commercial real estate.
  2. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance.
  3. Ability to manage multiple sites across different locations.
  4. Excellent vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergency situations.
  6. Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Degree in Property and/or Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience working with banks, financial institutions, or retail property management.
Work Conditions
  1. Frequent travel between multiple sites as required.
  2. On-call availability for urgent maintenance and other issues.
  3. Collaboration with various stakeholders.
