Construction Foreman required in Johannesburg.

Construction Foreman with minimum 5 years’ construction experience in dealing with big residential property development projects and a clear understanding of project requirements, required to join this national Property Development Company based in Gauteng, Tswane, Cape Town and KZN.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric essential
• Construction qualification highly beneficial
• Minimum 5 years’ experience and a proven track record working with big residential projects
• Understanding of project requirements and implementation of requirements required
• Ability to understand and perform technical requirements required
• Strong communication skills essential

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand technical requirements of the site and incorporate this into the project plan
• Accurately follow, understand and implement a detailed Microsoft bar chart block programs
• Project deliverables on project and ensure it is on track and completed within deadlines
• Provide clear guidance to site support staff on daily tasks and deliverables
• Complete quality control paperwork and submit to management
• Timeous completion of month-end requirements and submission of timesheets
• Follow procedure for handover to clients
• Submission of expense claims
• Quality control of work and uphold quality standards
