Our client in the civil engineering environment is looking for a Driver/Admin person to provide reliable driving support for business-related travel and assist with general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

This role is based in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Safely transport staff, documents, and equipment to and from project sites, clients, and other business destinations.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance is up to date (e.g., services, licensing, cleanliness).
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and trip logs.
• Assist in collecting or delivering documents, plans, and materials as required.

• Provide general administrative support including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
• Assist with formatting project documents and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Manage office supplies and coordinate deliveries and courier services.
• Help prepare documentation for tenders and project submissions as needed.
• Support project teams with printing and compiling engineering drawings and related documents.

• Valid South African driver's licence (Code 08 or above).
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar Driver/Admin role.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Experience in a construction or engineering environment.
• Familiarity with administrative processes in project-based work.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
