Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential for achieving daily targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, or databases.
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

We’re looking for a detail-driven, solutions-focused Data Migration Consultant to support our clients through seamless transitions into WeconnectU’s Community Management System (CMS).This role is based at our Somerset West office (in-office).

Purpose of the Role

The Individual is responsible for accurately capturing, updating, and maintaining information across various systems. The role ensures data integrity when migrating from one solution to WeconnectU and supports operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately capture and update data into relevant systems, spreadsheets, or databases.
  • Verify the accuracy of information before and after entry.
  • Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
  • Maintain organised filing systems (digital or physical).
  • Ensure confidential information is handled securely.
  • Communicate with internal teams and the client to obtain missing or unclear information.
  • Assist with data-related queries.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly capture targets and deadlines.
  • Support other administrative functions when required.
