About Us

RDA Australia is a national organisation empowering people through equestrian programs, training, and community engagement. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to support our operations and member services.

The Role

As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. You’ll manage records, support program compliance, and provide excellent service to members, coaches, volunteers, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include
  • Delivering office administration tasks (data entry, mail, scanning, filing).
  • Maintaining accurate digital and paper records, including CRM updates.
  • Processing payments for donations, merchandise, and registrations.
  • Supporting program tasks such as coach accreditation, training applications, and annual re‑registration.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Working within organisational policies and compliance requirements (WHS, child‑safe standards).
About You
  • Has strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Is confident using MS Office, CRM systems, and online platforms.
  • Can manage their own workflow across multiple admin functions.
  • Works effectively under general supervision and within established procedures.
  • Brings attention to detail and a collaborative approach.

This role is classified under the SCHADS Award – Level 2, with a base salary of approximately $68,335 per annum (full‑time equivalent) plus applicable leave loading, allowances, and entitlements.
