We are seeking a Sales Admin Middle East who will support the growth of the India, Asia, and Middle East markets through inbound and outbound sales strategies. We are looking for someone excited to be part of an ever-growing business with great attention to detail. You will act as a gatekeeper and assistant to our Sales Teams; screening inbound requests and assisting in providing the best client experience from quotes, sample requests, shipping quotes, to delivery of the pieces. You should have a good understanding of the brand and its values to become a great ambassador for TIC.

1. Support the sales team in following up with clients on ongoing deals.
2. Coordinate with key account teams (designers and production teams) for customs-related requests.
3. Assist with client and supplier communication via phone and email, including follow-ups.
4. Monitor production lead times and keep clients informed of order updates.
5. Prepare and send client shipping quotes and invoices.
6. Assist the Logistics Team in organizing shipments and reminding clients of outstanding invoices.
7. Collaborate with the Sample Coordinator to send samples to clients to facilitate decision-making.
8. Support outbound prospecting by identifying potential clients and working on strategy.
9. Celebrate with the sales team upon order completion and delivery.

You will:

4. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Speak perfect English; French speaking skills would be a bonus.
6. Have an interest in design/interior design.
