As a Business Development Manager – Trauma, you will drive the growth of our trauma portfolio, building strong partnerships with key stakeholders including surgeons, hospitals, and procurement teams. You will provide strategic guidance, product expertise, and support to ensure the successful adoption of advanced trauma solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales and revenue growth for trauma products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic and trauma surgeons, nurses, procurement teams, and hospital management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement strategic territory growth plans.
  • Collaborate closely with your zone team and align cross functional team.

Customer Support & Service

  • Provide exceptional post-sales support and resolve product-related issues.
  • Oversee product logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Share knowledge, strategies, and best practices across teams.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and training events.
Qualifications & Experience
