As an Aesthetic Therapist, you will provide premium skincare treatments, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the salon by creating a luxurious and professional experience for our clients. You will be part of a dynamic team and be expected to maintain the highest standards of aesthetic care.

Requirements

• Qualified Aesthetic Therapist with a recognized diploma or certification in skincare or aesthetic treatments.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-end or luxury salon/spa environment.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, advanced skincare treatments, and the ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to upsell products and services without being pushy.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Proficient in using salon management software for bookings and client records.
• Experience in performing advanced non-invasive aesthetic treatments (e.g., microneedling, laser hair removal).
• An interest in continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
• A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

Additional Qualifications

• Beauty Qualification, preferably ITEC / CIDESCO.
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
• Well-spoken & Well-Groomed.
• Excellent customer care.
• Passionate and target-driven.
• Strong in Sales.
• Ability to do thorough consultations and personalize treatment plans accordingly.
• Ability to upsell & rebook.
• Flexible and available to work late shifts.
• Must be qualified in the following: massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, aesthetic treatments, chemical peel, dermapen, IPL.

Education

Beauty Therapy - Minimum 1-year qualification. Relevant Aesthetic Certificates.
