Most importantly, you’ll be the voice of our Soft Landings philosophy, delivering exceptional customer service from claim lodgement to closure.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 00h00 – 08h00 AM (these hours are subject to change and rotational shifts may be applied to support the requirements of the business). These hours align with our Australian clients, giving you more flexibility during your day.
